Following from my recent triumph I have another suggestion
Very sensibly I have a long and complex password to log in to SS. I visit the site quite frequently to look for new loans. It would be nice to be able to see the list of loans without having to login. Assetz for one allow this

I would also prefer to see another security sign in step. I know SS don't feel it is essential, but customer perception is the reality and my perception is that my dashboard / financial affairs are a little insecure even though I too have a complex password.
I would add that I have been impressed to date that SS has made significant improvements to what they do. Continuous improvement will put them ahead of the game, although I do wonder how we will all be able to participate when they have thousands of registered investors!

I would really appreciate an extra column showing interest paid. The interest accumulating is fine for the boat loans, but on the property loans (which are increasing in number) it's a bit of a chore to see what's owing and what's been paid.

savingstream, can we please reduce the minimum limit to say £20-£50? Also, can you allow fractional bidding (e.g. £105)?

It would be nice to be able to see the maximum bid limit on the loans listing page
It's like this There's a boat with an ok ltr, not yet sold out. I'll transfer X amount. My account is credited immediately thanks I put in my bid, but it's more than the bid limit. So I've transferred more than I needed to.
Thanks
Steve

Thanks Steve I think savingstream's listings pages & account pages could do with a lot of sprucing up (not criticism, just observation) to make them simpler to see on one page & access & more user friendly. That will hopefully come with time & more member requests for refinements. I remember AC having various issues a year ago & they improved gradually as their operations & member numbers ramped up. Hopefully we'll see the same with SS. At least they're listening to our suggestions & improving things as we all go along

Totally agree with the above point. I think it would also be helpful if multiple parts from a single loan were aggregated, and could be expanded/collapsed as required.

Having managed to pick up multiple pieces of some loans on separate occasions, I'd really like to know how much exposure I have to a particular loan without having to trawl through the list and add up the bits. This is particularly relevant now that we have a secondary market, since my first thought before buying a part is "How much of this loan do I have already?"

Could savingstream also look into putting a 'Max Term Remaining' column within the Dashboard\Live Loan Parts tab. Would be nice to see what is coming close to completion or potential renewal without visiting each loan page separately. To be honest I would not be worried if it replaced the 'Rate' column all the time that remains a fixed number. P.s. It's 12

I'm always wondering when my loan parts are due to mature, and it isn't easy to tell -- especially now that we have a secondary market, since being told on my Live Loan Parts tab that I've had a loan part for XX days tells me absolutely nothing if I didn't invest when the loan was first made.

Can we have the loans with parts available to buy at the top of the loans list please?

Can we have the loans with parts available to buy at the top of the loans list please? No, please don't do that. Sorry shimself, I can see why you'd like it, but that would be horrible. With the newest at the top and the oldest at the bottom you get a good visual idea of which loans have longest to run and it would be horrible having them get all mixed up and the order changing as and when people list parts for sale. I think with the highlighting of those loans with parts available it isn't really too hard to scroll down a bit and check them out.

Can we have the loans with parts available to buy at the top of the loans list please? Why? It's easy enough to identify these loans with the present system of highlighting, particularly as it's only one page. In my opinion the current format of chronological order is the right one.
