Does anyone know if the early adopter bonus is also relevant to the IFISA accounts. I've received this months bonus 0.5% but not sure if it works for ISA as well.

Well I heard back from zopa a bit back and they said that the bonus is calculated on payments made so until they are made it will not give any value. Well I had quite a few made payments during July but still no 0.5% payments for early adopter. Are there any other early adopters, invested in zopa ISA and getting the bonus payments for the ISA part.
Its still very early but I was just wondering as according to my calculation I think I should have got some early adopter bonus in July.

only just found these forums.. glad to hear i'm no the only one with issues with Zopa sometimes. random small amount vanishing..pennies usually. (and yes i emailed and asked) money appearing in holding accounts.. (worked out if i ignore it gets relent.) and now the lack of visibility of return as statements are broken..
I did find i had some early adopter bonus in my august ISA statement.. in addition to my main investing bonus but had nothing in july but of course nothing for september yet...no idea whats going on. pretty diabolical really.
despite being on Zopa since the start it always amazes me how vague everything seems to be.

hi richy , glad you found us. As you wander round this zopa forum to you will find there are a number of issues with zopa at the moment. Not least of which there are issues with rounding etc but i'vw always ignored anything <£1. As you say there are some issues with early adopter bonus that were resolved last month. I started to get bonus's last month and it seemed valid. Not sure as yet as haven't checked for September yet. One thing i will say is that they know about many of these things and my experience is they will be fixed eventually. As statements are screwed for 1-2 months - zopa's words not mine - then it's anybody's guess what the bonus is this month and last. Zopa is struggling to update these areas and ordinarily i would have directed you to csv files and Excel but since they screwed the borrower id's in the most recent csv's for loanbook then its not as easy to correlate everything anymore. You can see most stuff in the statements files in excel but sadly it does require a bit of work to get at the relevant info. I've asked them whats going on with mangled borrower Id's but as yet they have not responded other than the std acknowledgements.

yep certainly seems a pretty poor response.. the only comfort seems to be that based on the history of Zopa. they do manage to sort it out eventually. thats certainly been my experience over the years, but its a little more unnerving now with a much more significant investing and ISA balance than in the early days.
I know they have aspirations to become a 'Bank' FSCS cover and all that. I'm not sure they are up to it yet, the ISA was at least a year arriving.. and massively affected their ability to deliver (presumably due to demand) the changes to access/classic to Core/Plus don't seem to be universally welcomed and also seem to have placed demands on the platform. particularly the poor judgement (loans taken out and defaulting from day 0) which certainly raises a few concerns.
I know bad debt is expected, but for a default to happen before any repayment, is just criminal, I would like to see (but i guess i wont) Zopa shoulder more of that risk, by offering compensation for loans that go bad before any repayment is made(ie only in those circumstances), because it would appear that their credit scoring AI or whatever 'foo' they use is flawed and that (compensation) would focus their attention.
And i'm not sure why the Statements situation is even a 'thing', if its possible to have a live value on the summary page..whats the problem with having a statement with up to date values ?
rant over.
Richy.

I agree the increasingly vague responses are a worry!
