Since the new products started (core and ISA) I can't find the loan book overview any more. I can see my lending summary but not the overview. The overview used to show how many loans you had in safeguard and non safeguard and how many missed payments in each. I included this info on my end of month spreadsheet. Has it gone all together or is it just hiding. Or is using an iPad the problem?

As Amphoria says, it's still there. Here's what you should see when you select the loanbook tab at the top of the screen, link is fourth line down:
Safeguard loans
£xx.xx
Diversified across x loans
Show details on loan performance

Found it at last thanks. There's no loan book link at the top for me on an iPhone or iPad any more. I found it by clicking the 'My investing' link at the very bottom and then loan book. Maybe it's at the top on the desktop page. Thanks

yep, its not just the phones if your screen is not big enough the top menu items turn into a Hamburger menu symbol but then the menu items are not available. I managed to reduce the font small enough on my tab but to be honest unless you are on a PC or know the relevant links its not the easiest of things to achieve. As far as I can tell the web page must have some minimum sizing issues. You can scroll down to the bottom right and find what looks right but they only work for existing Zopa screens not for ISA screens, unless they have updated it which I doubt. when logged in you could try secure2.zopa.com/lender/loan_book/standardand secure2.zopa.com/lender/loan_book/isamay work. |
