Blimey , this loan is 2 months overdue and lenders weren't even treated to an "update" over the weekend.
The update back on 29th May said :
"Borrower has confirmed he will renew the loan on 6th June, including additional interest to that point."
Well you can't get much more specific than that , but since then it's just been the usual "Chasing funds" and "funds expected this week" yadda yadda
Looked like a solid loan to me with a low LTV , but maybe I'm missing something.
