According to the loan documents it was valued at £400k May 2017 (presumably pre refurbishment but unclear whether open then)

According to the loan documents it was valued at £400k May 2017 (presumably pre refurbishment but unclear whether open then) Unfortunately that valuation was done with the special assumptions that the nightclub had just had £300k spent on refurbishing it, and is then trading in accord with C**********'s projected turnover etc - it isn't a valuation of the nightclub on an 'as is' basis.

huddlecapital, please could we have an update on this loan? It's nearly a month since the company entered administration and no update has been provided for lenders.

Glad I'm out of this one. That's not due to careful DD, risk analysis or anything else intelligent; just luck. I'm very grateful.... Perhaps 2019 won't turn out so badly after all. For those in doubt, that's called "pushing your luck"!

I wouldn’t worry. Looks like a deal has been done to pay off this loan per schedule.
