huddlecapital no instant returns seem to have been added, generally AB paid them on loan drawdown I also dont think the AER is being calculated properly on the SM - there is currently lower AER for a higher discount and two loan parts both listed at 100% have different AER?

I don't appreciate that offers can be listed to 3 decimal places. It encourages leapfrogging each other to slot-in offers ahead of others with only a negligible difference in price. It will also clutter up the bids/offers page once it gets more populated.
ABL only allows listing at xx.x%, meaning if you really want a preferential position in the market you have to pay for it.
Edit: I'm actually not sure how a feel about this - It just feels a bit petty undercutting offers, and It'd be annoying to have to log in frequently to baby-sit your offers for a small fraction of a percent.

ABL also used to price to 0.001% before changing it to 0.1% to fix the issue you mention. I guess Huddle are still on the earlier version of platform software.
The AER discrepancies are an eye-opener and clearly need fixing. I wonder if they're somehow being affected by whether a Huddle 100 bonus was earned (which should have no effect on SM trading of course).

With Instant Returns, is AER not affected depending on when exactly someone pledged the money? Someone who put 1K as soon loan was made available will get more interest than someone who did it just days before it got filled, so maybe that makes a difference?

Instant returns will cover interest up to a the same draw down date for everyone. Accrue interest of the SM transaction would then be from that same date for everyone

I guess Huddle are still on the earlier version of platform software. Old version for sure - there are also no loan agreements under Current Investments and there is no Structure pull down on the SM

Looks like its a bug as it only works for £200 not for any other amount. huddlecapital Sorry I appear to have accidentally broken your SM There is also an error message that appeared when I first listed that still referred to Ablrate

3@ 100.000%, 14.191 AER, 12.683 AER and 12.679 AER. 1 @ 100.100%, 14.138 AER.
Still doesn't look right to me.

Second payment was due on Sunday so I added a comment "Is the 10/09/2017 payment genuinely late or is this simply an administrative delay?" but it seemed to disappear, not sure if Huddle receive the comments even if they are not displayed against the loan.
