When requesting a statement on any of the accounts, I am unable to edit the default start and end dates that are automatically provided.
I have tried a couple of different browsers (Chrome and Firefox) but the problem persists.
I was wondering if any other users were experiencing the same problem. Thanks

The problem is changing the month. The calendar has no option for month change. The work round is to click on the las days of the previous month and select the day. Repeat for more than 1 month. Opposite to to forwards a month.

It must be me ..... somehow ......see if I can figure it out edit - really weird now because it won't work on either my ipad or my desktop . I assumed it was just some desktop setting like pop-ups or something. Obviously not. Mmmmm

Thanks I have had a similar problem for some months. When viewing an account statement, I can only see the past months entries. I have tried to change the date boxes but nothing happens when I click on them. No calendar appears. I cannot find any way to change the start or finish date of a statement. I use firefox and Windows 10. I queried this with AC who said there was not a problem at their end.

Size matters.
If you have a vertically challenged display the calendar is shown without the month and associated chevrons, I have reproduced this by reducing the height of the window.

Yes it's to do with screen resolution. I just just increased resolution (by keeping my finger on "CTRL" key and rolling mouse wheel) , and I was then able to click on the date and see the calendar.

In Silk on 7" Kindle the chevrons appear in portrait mode but not in landscape.
In Edge on Windows Phone dabbing at the date box does not produce a calendar.

If the list of accounts appears at the left hand side, then the browser window is wide enough and the calendar popup works. However, if the list of accounts appears at the top, then you are in the other mode and the calendar popups don't work. I have a large screen and my Chrome window width is set very close to the point where the mode change occurs to the extent that I only had to increase the width by around 10 pixels for the calendar popups to start working again.
