Not sure about all you Other Bods out there but My Investment Updates today from FS were not only numerous but also a bit more informative than usual Maybe this is a Trend To be Continued from FS? We live in hope!!!  |

I feel it is simply a response to the criticism on this forum. the good thing for me is that they have not talked about improving comms they have just done it. Hopefull, they will have learned lessons about DD also.

No improvement in clarity on any of my loans that are due or past due irrespective of overdue duration.
I wish they would issue updates that meet all parts of the 'smart' rather than ultra 'kiss' acronyms.

The updates for me are definitely better.....I got one today before the loan had become overdue!

Lets see if an improvement - best fun at the weekend is seeing whats going on with my loans at FS - every other site dull at weekends. Which does bring me to the point that to be fair they work weekends unlike most of the rest of us (apart from the retired obviously  ) |

The updates about the loan in Whitehaven were comprehensive and informative. We recently learnt that the timber frames would be erected a couple of weeks ago. Shame the site had not been cleared or foundations laid when this was written
There is no point in FS writing informative updates if they are not based on fact.

It would make me feel better if there was at least 1 update on one of my 19 late loans which should have been repaid anywhere between 15 January 2016 (as the borrower has had the benefit of my money for well over 2 years) and 6th May 2017. I know the updates are normally spurious in terms of the information they provide and they are more optimistic than a reasonable person would accept but it does give the impression FS are trying to stay on top of the lack of repayment. How about it FS. Should I start a book on when you will give an update that is actually realistic as opposed to outrageously optimistic or in fantasy land
I have no later loans as I decided, at the end of March this year. that it was time to bail out of FS and I've sold all my other loans on the secondary market - a really good decision.
