These are all pretty minor things, experience has been very smooth so far: 1) On login, default to showing the ISA dashboard instead of the Classic dashboard for accounts that only use the ISA account. This would save me half a second of panic every time I log in because my eyes wander to the initial "On loan: £0.00" value from the Classic account and has me wondering where all my money went. It also saves me a whole mouse-click after every logon. 2) Display of current percentage return. I see that carol167 previously requested this. I'd really just like to know the "weighted average rate on [my] current loan book". I could work it out myself if the loan book was downloadable via csv or similar but I didn't spot that option. 3) Ability to perform ISA transfers into Lending Works without needing to post back a paper form. I've done paperless transfers between two cash ISAs recently so I know (at least some) banks/building societies can accept electronic transfer instructions. I just hate paperwork and that is a (small-ish) barrier to me making future transfers.

This is due to be sorted out shortly - you'll only see your Classic account by default when you are active in both. You'll also have the option to only open an ISA account (currently you can only do this after opening your Classic) and therefore ignore the Classic altogether. We also considered having the option to choose your default account but there is not too much demand for this so we may postpone. 2) Apologies that this has not yet been implemented; this was due to be released a while back but was pushed back. I will raise this again for inclusion in our next quarter's roadmap. In the meantime, feel free to contact our Customer Service team, who will be able to pull this out for you from time to time. 3) This one is more tricky since most ISA providers require wet signatures. I honestly could not tell you why exactly, as there are many other ways to ensure security. I can only assume it's based on HMRC's Guidance Notes for ISA Managers, which includes a section entitled "Cash ISA to Cash ISA transfers - suggested best practice" (Appendix B). Step 1 mentions completing an ISA Transfer Authority Form with a wet signature (though it does provide an alternative).

Good morning toastJust a quick update on the below... You can now view the weighted average rate on your active loans by clicking 'More' on the 'On loan' box from your lender dashboard. You can also download your loan book as a CSV file to analyse further. Let me know if you have any suggestions for improvements.
