Any news on whether this is expecting to repay on time? last update is from December ..... collateral?? Barely started, development proper expected from now on for these related director loans; expect to be locked in to an extension (assuming the borrower pays the interest required up front).

Well I hope than that existing members in this loan will be able to cahs out there loans before the extension.

Collateral is a bit of a mix of other platforms practices isn't it?
Normally no interest on the after sales market
Usually option not to have to stay in extended loans
But do have to stay on with buildings
But can then list for sale and keep interest.
