Has anybody got any news on this one please? Work still progressing? Repaid? Refinanced? etc... Anything really. Thanks!  I suspect it may have been better not to ask ("ignorance is bliss" and all that ! )
There is no evidence at CH that this or any of the related loans to this borrower have refinanced, and most if not all are too large to have been repaid with cash. I have land registry alerts set on some of the land titles for these loans, but no alerts have been generated so its unlikely any refinance is in its final stages of due dilligence.
More importantly, we were told by COL last Nov (?) that the borrower's plan was to to seek new planning consent for a revised development scheme for this site which would be cheaper to develop than the previously consented scheme. We were presented with some architect drawings for this revised scheme, and were told the plans would be submitted to the council in December. However, there is no evidence on the Blackburn with Darwen council planning portal that any such application has been made.
There has also been no obvious movement on the planning front for the Burnley & Great Harwood sites, in the latter case we were told demolition had commenced, but there was no obvious signs on the Hyndburn planning portal that the pre-demolition planning conditions had been discharged.

Any movement on this and associated loans that anybody is aware of? No obvious movement at companies house / land registry, but I'm intending taking a look at these three sites next week during my current road trip durng which I'll be posting photos on quite a few p2p projects, mainly FS as that is where the majority of my funds are. I've just made the first two reports on the FS board (Oldbury & West Brom).

Photos taken 11:30 am on Thurs 6th Sept Unchanged from previous photos. As far as can be deduced from the planning application, the land titles comprise of 3 plots, the main large one on the north side of Wr*** St, running alongside B****n Rd, and two smaller plots on the south side of Wr*** St (one on the corner with B****n Rd, the other on the corner with Sta*****d St) Main plot (viewed from Wr*** St looking north , NE & NW)

I think the key point with this dev though, isn't the lack of anything happening on the ground, but the lack of the revised planning application that was to have been submitted late last year for a more cost effective construction proposal.

I don’t see any mention of the Darwen loan...does anybody know what might be going on with it?

Hi all...late, I know..but I just picked up the Final Administrators report on my mobile. I don’t see any mention of the Darwen loan...does anybody know what might be going on with it? Thanks! To the best of my knowledge, negotiations with the borrower are still ongoing in regards to the repayment of this loan.
