Hi stevio , In the future you will not be able to sell loan parts until the Primary Market is full. We have always been clear that loan parts bought during the Secondary Market do not receive cashback. Many thanks, Gordon UPDATED FOR CLARITY

Evening,
There seems to be some confusion on cashback. So to clarify.
Any purchase made whilst the Primary Market is active receives cashback, regardless if you put it up for sale, (however this will change in the future as you won't be able to sell until the loan is full).
Any purchase made whilst the Secondary Market is active, does not receive cashback.
Many thanks,
Gordon

Morning,
Just to let you know, this loan has now been drawn down and cashback will be applied to investors accounts who purchased during the Primary Market tomorrow morning.
Many thanks for all your support,
Gordon

And in the cold light of day the SM on this loan is static and going almost nowhere. Anyone who bought expecting a quick (or any) sale of their loan parts is going to be in for a long wait.

This is one of the reasons why I won't invest in these CB loans. Kills the SM, so little chance to get out if for whatever reason I need to sell in a hurry.

If this doesn't help de-list some of the c1/4 of the loan losing interest every day up for sale then nothing will!!

1 excavator, 1 dumper and 1 workman without his hard hat on. This could take a while.

I like these CB loans so far, especially when I can see the borrower is using the money to build!
The tax free CB is the best, but I like the fact that the loan is derisked quite a bit by ranking ahead of future development finance loans.
