I'm a relative newcomer to AC (defecting as fast as possible from that other Famous Clowns platform) and note the thread on here regarding delays in withdrawing funds. I've never needed to withdraw yet, but I do seem to have an issue with transferring IN. I have made several transfers into my account, yet have always had a delay (up to 7 days) with the funds being credited. On each occasion, I have emailed AC asking 'where is my money?', and 'what is going wrong?'. Unfortunately, I have NEVER once had a response, but it is surely not a coincidence that on each occasion I received an email within a couple of hours, advising me that funds have been credited to my account! Does AC hang on to your cash until you ask where it is!? I'm not happy with my money not earning anything whilst I wait, and even less enamoured if I were to miss a loan opportunity. After all, there is not exactly a glut of new loan offers.

Indeed johns, cash is credited typically in an hour or so. Please could you ring the lender desk as something is wrong on both counts, delayed credits and also no responses to emails - neither should be happening.

I have generally found that bank credits to my cash account hit within an hour or so of sending. If I make a withdrawal from my AC cash account in the morning the cash usually hits my bank by pm next day.

Yes withdrawals are different/slower for anti-fraud reasons.
There are moves afoot to speed this whilst maintaining the anti-fraud protection.

While you are looking into that, any chance of A.C. remembering default bank account details when withdrawing? Bit tedious and a potential source of error/lost funds typing it in each time. All of my other P2P platforms have good memory in this regard ...

Sent a chunk of money at around 00:20 this morning (Sat 5th) direct to MLIA (from HSBC), not received at 12:15pm Saturday.
Normally credited at a few minutes past the next hour, but not this time.

Barclays' service is timing out when the system tries to connect to it, so cannot fetch the transaction data at the moment.

Are there still problems in getting cash transferred. I tried earlier this morning and the money has still not arrived to my account.

A deposit I made yesterday afternoon has been retrieved out of the ether and has just shown up on AC a few minutes ago. Phew! edit. X'ed with mrc, nice to know I'm not the only one who has been checking my account every few minutes since yesterday.
