Where the platform provides it do you download transactions and what do you do with them?

I consolidate monthly interest and ongoing balances in a cash app so only download where I have to reconcile to cash or to see current loan position - Abl - horrendous rec by email to find out how much interest earned (ie not bought); FS export + current investments, marrying the two together to get mtd view of interest / net gain loss on redemptions; Coll export to consolidate by borrower & asset type; MT to consolidate parent loan view; Unb just to prove it can't be reconciled! Special mention that Ly, AC, LI, Wc, Oct, Lb, Rs, Z never required any additional recs  |

Download to check interest for tax purposes, predicting end of tax year interest (so can make appropriate pension and VCT payments) and documentation if audited by tax man LY check what they have added/deleted without notifying me!!!!! Generally only once year reconcile, unless notice issue Track balances, withdrawals and deposits daily Spot check interest payments correct but generally if can guestimate and almost right and figures increasing, the don't delve further till end of year
