Hello
I see that Proplend has an IFISA investment facility which is not yet available at Ly.
Do any Ly investors have experience of investing with Proplend? Any feedback much appreciated.
Also are there any other Ly type platforms (i.e. first charge on real property) that are approved to provide an IFISA investment?
To Paul at Ly - When will Ly launch their IFISA?

Funding Secure is the only one who's name crops up in this forum that has one. I'm using it for property only loans. A good range of loans, but managing them is clumsy.

Pretty much says what it does on the tin. The valuations etc give full details with borrowers name (usually). I don't invest in all the loans am selective. Been with them for several years now. Surprisingly the secondary market is very quick. I have sold very large loans in around 24 hours before. littleoldlady But be warned there is a large fee to sell (0.05%) of original loan amount.
