Dear Everyone,
I would like to know if there is any other Lendy Customer who is in my same situation.
On June 18th and June 21st, I have done on my Lendy Personal Account two International Withdrawals Requests for a total amount of 700 GBP and this money has not yet been credited back to my Italian bank account.
They use Transfer Wise for International Withdrawals and in the past I had already done some International Withdrawals with smaller amount and the money had been always sent successfully back to my bank account in a week's time or even less.
On June 28th, I have opened a Support Ticket with Lendy and, as a reply, I have been asked to send additional documentation for identification purposes (a Valid ID + An Utility Bill).
I have updated the Support ticket with the requested additional documentation and, on July 3rd, Lendy replied to me that my International Withdrawals would have been processed.
Today is August 1st, and after 44 days from my initial withdrawal request, the money has not yet been credited back to my Italian bank account.
I keep updating the support ticket opened with Lendy but they are failing to give me a deadline on when my money will be credited back to my bank account and they only told me that "my request was misplaced between departments".
I start to feeling really worried about my money and I would like to know if any of You is my same situation.
Thank You & Best Regards, Giovanni

Thank You & Best Regards, Giovanni I don't know of anyone in this situation. <deleted unhelpful and inflammatory commentary> They ARE known for poor coms, they are NOT known for deliberately trying to prevent people making withdrawals or for stealing. I'll let someone else advise you on what to do next, just wanted to let you know that your situation is not common at all (unheard of, by me at least) and that you can safely ignore <deleted unhelpful and inflammatory commentary>. I wouldn't worry too much about the money, I'm sure it will turn up.

Seven unhelpful and / or inflammatory baiting posts removed from a thread that was twelve posts long at the time...... Can I remind everybody that if you have concerns about a post the best way to deal with it is to use the report post function (available from the cog drop down in the top right hand corner of every post). This will attract the attention of the moderators who will deal with it. Getting entangled in unnecessary arguments helps nobody.
Thread now unlocked.
Thanks,
RM

I have experienced a similar situation with a bank. The business were allowed eight weeks to provide their 'final response' to my complaint. As their actions remained unsatisfactory, I was able to proceed to the Ombudsman. Forget worrying, have faith. Give them 8 weeks to produce a 'final response' and then act accordingly.

Dear Everyone,
I just wanted to let you know that I have finally received my International Withdrawals from Lendy on my bank account last August 3rd.
It took 46 days but I have finally received my money back.
As the Lendy Support Team told me, apparently there was a problem with my transaction and they had to contact TransferWise directly to solve it.
I truly hope that my next International withdrawals won't cause such hassle again.
In any case, after such an experience, (and I am sorry to say that) I have lost a bit of confidence in Lendy.
Let me thank All of You for the Help and Suggestions You gave me.
