While I support an open forum and have promoted discussion about AC and the deals we do, I also support the moderators in the steps they have taken recently. I have been in dialogue with them over the last week regarding how best to protect you, the forum and AC. I believe they have taken the right actions here and should not be given a hard time for that.
Recovery processes can be difficult at the best of times, but where there are extra dimensions they can become very complex indeed. I will do everything I can to provide regular and detailed updates to our lenders involved in any deal that goes bad. Please be assured that our team will and are working extremely hard to affect the right outcome in these cases.

We're finalising the mechanics of how it will work, but the plan is to have a board that is accessible to confirmed Assetz Capital members only. Google won't have access so there will be the ability to name AC borrowers and discuss loans more freely. Rules around sticking to facts and not posting anything libellous will still be in place.

I am not an Assetz Capital lender although I am interested in P2B but have been put off by the risk of default. I would be very interested to see how the recovery of the loan goes if I register on Assetz Capital will I be able to see what % is recovered etc?

When we get a final resolution, I plan on letting everyone know. This is a test of our abilities and a very complex one at that.

I emailed them directly and they said they're working on it. When I go to My Profile it seems to have forgotten the answers I gave, I'm gonna leave it as it is until they give the all clear. Not sure what caused this in he first place, but it might be to do with setting up the new board but I can't imagine how.

OK they just emailed me to say everything's back to normal, but not explanation, other than maintenance. IN EDIT Crossed posts. I've just been enjoying myself in the new play area!
