I'm pretty sure that wasn't there yesterday (could be wrong (?)) Definitely new... not sure about when, but pretty recent.
The only reason to insert this column is to distinguish the amount repaid versus the amount of the loan.
Now why do you think they may need to do that?

It actually arrived a few days ago (and broke some of my web scraping), I forgot to bleat about it on here. Yes, the concept of repaid <> owed (I expect the '>' in there is redundant) has arrived!
p.s. I just check the bot-logs and the new column was first seen on 3rd August I believe.

Could be for the likes of DFL002 (Exeter). Apparently, one of the ground-floor commercial premises has sold for about £1M, which represents 1/3 of the loan. It may look better to be able to repay part and flag it up as a success...

One use of it could be to indicate where the PF has chipped in but that can't be the case when looking at the garden centre figures which show loan = capital repaid.
