Does anyone know when the "scheduled maintenance" is scheduled to end?

It's back, but the letterbox-view of the loan comments is still not fixed for a PC.
It's still possible to see the loan comments as a full-screen scrollable page on an iPad (and probably similar devices too).
There's a thin unmarked scroll bar on the right margin of the screen. Just press and drag this area instead of swiping the screen.

If you are using Firefox you can right click on the Comment box and open it in a new frame - this gives a better view than the normal functionality!

If you are using Chrome and the FCViz extension.. you should have the view restored.
