#74 Spondon was a 12months bridge that's defaulted and been paying 18% for years (i think), but maybe about to come to a bitter end as the Borrower seems to be unwilling/unable to keep paying.

14 , 9% , ltv 8% , never missed a payment as far as know , permanent buy order on here ,sell me your stake please, still only got about £30 worth after two years of trying. Not very exciting I know but i have had enough of exciting thank you, just give me the safeish returns.

Loan #81. Always paid on time. Genuine business loan. Good interest rate and picked up a very nice chunk on the old Auto-Invest random allocation system back in May 2014. That was when AC were my favourite platform by a distance, 12% was the norm and defaults didn't exist. Oh how times have changed.

Loan #85/95/189 All to the same long term legal firm borrower; currently earning a very respectable 18 & 15% & proving to be the exception to the P2P golden rule that "all lawyers should be avoided as they are lying, cheating shysters that will simply run off with your money & never pay" - will be sorry to eventually see this one repay as they have proved a thoroughly decent & reliable borrower with an interesting back story.

The car panel and goldwing exhaust guys taking on cheap imports by just better quality and customer support in a specialist area . Sorry i am an old git ex engineer, just love to see good old fashion skills and pride in product winning through.Never are they going to be weathy, but supporting this is a part of why am in peer to peer.
