Was on the site at 1100.05 hours. Specifically 5 seconds after FS after the loan went live. Shame this loan had been totally filled within 5 seconds!!!!!

Indeed. Note it was a 614k loan and the first 6 investments which must have taken place in a nano-second were for 25k , 25k, 175k , 100k, 70k, 100k totalling almost 500k . I assume these were all bots of some sort, or punters with some way of beating the queue. Anyway, this left just over 100k for the "normal" FFF punters , which accounted for the next couple of seconds (?) followed by "game over"

Yep I transferred funds over for this loan and was to slow, some £100000 and a 175000 investments,Just going to transfer the money back now

Not too shabby , assuming it doesn't run into difficulty. However , it looked like a very solid offering to me, and to loads of others too presumably, resulting in the massive rush to buy.

I've had a word with FS and, according to their records. the loan was fully funded in 38 seconds. Take their word with a pinch of salt. Maybe they are running on fs time. You really need to synchronise your system clock with the platforms. Big money piling in should lead to reasonable sm.

I went straight for this one seconds after it went up and did not get anything, it was a cracking safe bet for the high rollers. I suspect that it is pre arranged that the big investors have their share reserved when a loan goes up because they cant be any quicker with the clicks than folk on here. Though how it works I dont know and I am sure FS wont comment

Interesting to see the lenders who spend most of their time complaining about the loans on here also complaining about not being able to invest in a loan.

Interesting to see the lenders who spend most of their time complaining about the loans on here also complaining about not being able to invest in a loan. Personally I specialise in criticising poor platforms like Funding Circle, Zopa, Rate Setter, together with unwise choices in loans such as speed boats and train toys. Wonder if you have accounts with the above and invest in toys etc

Yes, it would've gone quickly enough even without bonuses - but probably spread across more investors and cost FS far less. I sometimes wonder how thoughtful FS staff really are when making these decisions. By the way, has anyone ever been to Malbotough?  |

I sometimes wonder how thoughtful FS staff really are when making these decisions. They're doing the same too (offering needless bonuses) on tomorrow's " NI property - Further Loan - Partly Paid Down (9379042407)". At just £220k with an LTV of 29% (despite the 49% displayed) and most of this scheme already having repaid bang on time, it's going to fill in seconds. It's effectively a renewal of 2316177211, so there's already going to be the better part of £200k wanting to get back in!

I spend about 20 minutes per day on FS and this site as I have better things to do. My waking day is about 16 to 18 hours so hardly "most of their time". Don't assume that others spend their time as you do.
42. FS must be gratified that at least one person approves of their conduct in the rather notorious Whitehaven loan.
