I placed an invest instruction on loan 446 yesterday and it still hasn't processed. I have sufficient funds in my account and there is more than 100 times the amount available for investment. Am I the only one sufering?

Hi Chris,
(Apologies but this is open criticism/feedback on a public forum). My partner has a request about her account opening and has sent 5 emails over the last 4 weeks to your customer service team at Assetz. However, this has either been ignored or passed on to someone else (who has subsequently ignored). I must add that this is not a difficult or unusual request and not critical.
It seems strange to me that it is easier to communicate via public forum and get a response (within 4 hours) than it is directly to your customer service team (now 4 weeks and waiting).
Just an observation but I know this issue has been raised elsewhere on another thread.

Communication voids create uncertainty & that it is the last thing an investor wants. Communication is so high on most investors requirements that several P2P platform review sites give it a rating.

Completely agree. We have a full time customer services team who have been under a fair bit of pressure recently due to holidays and long term sickness coinciding, and we are actively recruiting new staff to bolster the team, however that's no excuse. I've forwarded jaswells post to the relevant managers to ensure it is dealt with asap.

It doesn't only cycle through live loans there's also various maintenance routines that run on pipeline loans which means it's actually cycling through a great deal more loans than you'd expect. Not exactly ideal! New design will be properly multi-process and will break up some of the monolithic processes that currently run into smaller bite sized chunks helping to keep everything running much more smoothly. ETA is October as there's one other major update scheduled ahead of it (can't give details yet).
