I used the contact form from your home page this morning to advise you that the loan part I had put up for sale was not showing as shaded on the Live Loans page and the Available % was showing as a negative number.
I don't know if you actually received it because I haven't had any acknowledgement, so I'm posting here to make sure.

You have checked on your sold loan parts list that it hasn't been sold alison haven't you? Sorry if I'm stating the obvious, but I just ask because small loan parts often get snapped at by two people simultaneously, and the result is the negative amount shows up against the loan. |

Sorry if I'm stating the obvious, but I just ask because small loan parts often get snapped at by two people simultaneously, and the result is the negative amount shows up against the loan. Yes it's still showing as 0.0% sold in my list. And my Available Funds are £0. It was only £100 but I wanted to try out selling a part. The % available is -0.22% and on the loan part itself, it shows as ........ Amount available to fund £-100.00 INVEST NOW

Must be to do with all the fiddly changes they've put in today. I've sold a great many loan parts successfully over the past couple of months, and yesterday's all seemed to go ahead perfectly fine, so definitely a brand new problem.

I put some of that loan up for sale too, it all sold and funds returned to me promptly as expected. But I noticed that the 'available' had gone negative to -0.44 (-£200) so two people clicked 'fund' very close together, as RR says. So then putting up another £100 would not have appeared as 'for sale' just reduced the negative number. It's normally a lot easier than your 'trial' to sell boaty bits! - Bad timing is all. Apologies for my part of the root cause.

But there is now nothing available (+ or -) on the Live Loans list. So where is my loan part?  ? Heaven help me if I need to sell more than 1 loan part!! My mistake for bigging up SS earlier!!

There's been a lot of scrabbling for those small loan parts this morning - lots of little negatives for SS to unwind I'm at it again Well they seem to have sorted out my problem from yesterday - it now shows as sold in my list and I have the cash in my account. I tried dipping another 2 toes in the water just now and put up for sale one loan part in each of 2 boats having first checked that they were not showing a negative % on the loans available list and they both went on ok - shaded and with positive %. They have now sold too so it seems all in the world is healthy as long as pepperpot is not buying at the same time as anyone else!!

Fixed already, all back to 0%. But I don't know about the underlying bug.
