Dear Lendy,
Please stop commenting on stocks and shares, FTSE 100 etc in your weekly update and focus more on your actual loans which are performing or not performing.
I don't care to know what your thoughts are on equities.
Kind Regards,

Dear hazellend , thanks for your comments, which are noted. Every other week we provide an update on the entire loan book, where there has been material change. If you have any specific questions please contact Lendy Support who will be happy to help. There are many factors that affect the health of the property market, which we have started to track in our LPP index, with the next quarterly review out next week. On top of that, investor sentiment also provides some indication to the health of the housing market too. Regards, Lendy Support

I agree totally with Hazellend. I would very much appreciate a commentary on loans that are expecting to repay in the coming two weeks. Lendy must know about these as I'm certain that repayments don't drop out of the sky with zero notice to Lendy so why should we have zero notice of cash arrival??
I need to be able to plan cash flow and a heads up (even with no firm commitment to a date) would be very useful.
Paul, I'm sure you look at other providers and can see how they communicate? It is about time Lendy followed suit.
Here is an example of useful fortnightly updates
"
15/08/2017 Contracts have been Exchanged for the sale of this site and Completion (and thus loan repayment), is set for the 18th August.
01/08/2017 Borrower has confirmed that they are on track to repay this loan on time."

I can live without the stock market malarky, I can and do get that elsewhere. I am afraid it reads to me as if a certain amount of column inches need to be filled, I am not convinced by the relationship to P2P argument. 'Lendy weekly update' needs I think to be more Lendy focused - We need a Cowes week every other week ! Have a good weekend Paul64, (sorry chimed in here - cricket rained off!)

All, always good to hear from you. I will be looking over coming weeks for some volunteers for their views on P2P lending and the strategies they follow, so please DM me if you'd like to contribute. Can be either written or Vlog. Have good weekends, Paul64 Lendy Support

Have a good weekend Paul64 and I'm sure I'm not alone in valuing your addition to the LY team this year.

I wonder is a comment that "marketing" is not the same as "communications" worth some thought?

Sounds like the perfect opportunity for a 'celebrity strategy death match' between the Dude and Mr T I do admit that I am considering volunteering for this role and have already started, mentally, thinking of important points I would like to make.
