I am noticing more and more loans in my QAA and 30DAA accounts with trading suspended.
Are these accounts really 'quick access'?

Yes, loan suspensions have no impact on access to your QAA/30DAA funds (unlike in the GBBA/GEIA) Edit: unless you're one of the very last lenders still in the QAA after everyone else has done a runner, in which case who knows.
