Strikes me this is the signal for the defaults that the provision fund won't cover. But it's ok because their due diligence is great so much so they've employed an experienced debt specialist....Depressing reading.

Possibly less depressing than if they weren't at least signalling they intended to do something about it.

Where can i read this? I never get these emails. I got one or maybe two, then they stopped and I wondered what I'd done to warrant exclusion. A short while ago finding it a bit wearing, I emailed support to ask why I wasn't getting them. I was told I was on the mailing list. That wasn't very helpful in terms of explaining why they weren't arriving. However, I missed the next one but have received the last two. I put it down to the randomness that seems to permeate much of Lendy.

The latest newsletter is of course as upbeat as ever, but even a brief superficial glance through the weekly updates could hardly look encouraging to any current - or potential - investor. Grim times ahead at Lendy?

It's either randomness again, or the only bit of software they've put any thought into is working out that I'm down to a fraction of my peak investment and not worth the effort.

At least the updates are slightly better than they once were, especially the DFL ones.
Sure glad I avoided the Scottish Estate, and surprised that there is not a very lot more on the SM, maybe not everyone bothers with updates as we do?

The Scottish estate has a number of individual assets to be sold so may be why the SM isn't flooded but then again still positive days so interest paying and a stagnant sales queue.... not much point listing loans now... look at the Exeter ones....
