Today is the sixth working day of the month and the account summary, for September, has still not been updated. I've sent an email to Zopa Customer Services. Elgerod

I sent an email last night also asking about the delay in updating the current month statement - no reply as yet.
Agree about the slowness - the website crawls slower than the snails in my garden.
Trying to select different statements using the drop down seemed to take an age last night - eventually I just amended the url direct to change months, which seemed a lot quicker.
