Is anyone else getting (fed up with the) 502 Bad Gateway error? It appears that they have a separate processor to deal with the secondary market sales, and that after a while you get logged out of it, so it just stops responding. Logging out of the whole site and then back in again fixes the problem. Used to be after about an hour, but today in particular, it seems to have reduced to ten or fifteen minutes!

I'm astonished to see no comments to my message, despite 87 people having read it. Am I REALLY the only person to be affected? Makes me think they have targetted me, despite my thinking my actions were totally ethical and reasonable. PLEASE at least put me out of my misery and confirm if you've had the same problem. I was told by the help desk that "this was the first they'd heard about the problem", but I really don't believe that it is an incompatibilty between my macintosh laptop and their system.

Only just properly read your message. This is something I'm coming across too. Considering that the look and feel and indeed the code layout is very different between the secondary market and the rest of the site, I'm not surprised if login sessions are forwarded to the secondary market from initial login, and may be subject to significant delays.

I have to log back in periodically but don't get 505, just the user / paswd prompt and certainly not every 10 or 15 minutes, more like once an hour. I've always presumed this was an irritating bot protection mechanism.
And as rogerthat points out there won't be a secondary market in a fortnight so blah

I 'read' all new messages just so that the new new messages can stand out if you see what I mean. And 502s have been a feature for years, I think. They usually go away after a Fairly Cursory time.
