Is it just me or do the rental yields seem remarkably high?

Student rental houses give higher gross returns than average but they are a lot of work, and the maintenance costs are higher - remember those parties when you were younger? Students are not very clean either so come summer there is usually a lot of work to get the place ready for the next crop so that the cycle can be repeated! I speak with feeling based on experience. But this landlord has only recently stopped being a student so he's been on both sides of the fence. I like the description of "frugal" lifestyle in the report which does not quite tie in with his image on social media (not that this detracts from his proposition).

Mmmm, all pre-bids for Notts 113 appear to have vanished. And it's not accepting shadow bids, chris?

On attempting to place a shadow bid, nothing appears to happen, but then switching tabs (e.g. bids --> overview) the followng error is generated AAAAAAAAA11111 is my substitution becuse it appears to be a valid account reference, only its not mine !

Fixed. Weird error where the borrower was partially registered at the time the loan was created, causing the virtual bank account for the loan to fail to be created. I've updated the reference code for the loan which forced the recreation of that virtual bank account fixing the issue. I've successfully placed a bid myself and have retried all the failed prebids that were placed before the first conversions. If someone placed a prebid in the 5 minutes before the auction started, i.e. after all the prebids failed to convert, then I left those as failed presuming that they were experiments or people trying to correct for the earlier error.
Everything should be working now, let me know if you have any further issues.
