More spin than substance. Bandwagon time with twisted logic but explained only on platform. Many people do not want to open any page on rebs due to the warnings issued by tech savvy forum users. If you are in an auction and your bid is beaten you lose the cashback unless you bid again. btc the use of sarcasm needs to ne flagged by emoticons or it looks like a recommendation. I would not put it past some platforms to use your positive comment in marketing materials.👿 To be absolutely clear, I will not be chasing any opportunities on rebs unless they offer 5000% instant cash returns on bidding and the opportunity to exit in 1 second from a first charge on a correctly valued property before bidding starts. So not a chance. |

Well, I'm not a Rebs lender (which probably won't come as a surprise to anybody), but what I will say is that the Ts&Cs are at least clear. Not what most would consider a "cashback", but clear nonetheless.
