Weird - I'm sure it worked when I checked it. Now I get 'can't find the page...'. Have removed it.

No problem. You're welcome. ![:)](//storage.proboards.com/forum/images/smiley/smiley.png) I was thinking of it as a "post since your last login type page" so didn't add it to the "not logged in" page. Realised it is, as it says, recent posts(!) - have added it to the front page for guests too.

How about that - inbetween "Welcome <username>" and "Logout" at the top right (on the front page only) ? ![:)](//storage.proboards.com/forum/images/smiley/smiley.png)

I'm wondering if the gold loan that's due for repayment is going to be back in my account in time to move some funds to this one. The gold one says 0 days remaining on the summary page, but the Due Date on the loan itself is 19-Jan-2014. Guess we'll find out on Monday...

Another board I'm on has an auto generated 'forum etiquette' email sent to all members once a month, just as a gentle reminder, any possibility mods? Personally I think that's overkill. If people can't be polite and constructive without a monthly reminder they probably won't last more than a month here anyway! ![:)](//storage.proboards.com/forum/images/smiley/smiley.png)

Maybe RS could just provide Elljay with the relevant MI feeds that were promised in 2012 and we could all see what's going on! Sorry, Rhydian did come back to me, but by then I'd reduced my investment in RS so I'd lost interest. If there's enough interest I could pick it up again..?

Not to challenge you, but how many loans do they have available? Are they viable alternatives yet to, say, TC. (Save me the need to register to find out ![:)](//storage.proboards.com/forum/images/smiley/smiley.png) ). On the SS threads a new loan seems to be a cause for comment? Quite happy with a challenge. ![:)](//storage.proboards.com/forum/images/smiley/smiley.png) FS: zero, with some in the pipeline. SS: about £40ks worth with £144k in the pipeline.

I think its about time we put up a 'Glossary' for this board. I suggest a penalty of instant banning from the forum for any poster that fails to use the once-approved acronyms in the correct way. ![:)](//storage.proboards.com/forum/images/smiley/smiley.png) LOL! 'tis done.

Agreed. Or there are too many active loans. Or there are better returns elsewhere. Or everyone's spent their cash on Christmas... ![;)](//storage.proboards.com/forum/images/smiley/wink.png) There's been at least one recently where the borrower said they'd accept a smaller amount and the loan was extended after that point which meant that interest would start accruing later. From memory on another one TC recognised that and the interest was due to start, I think, immediately after the new close date. I may be misremembering though. I've deleted the emails now.

Care to share? With similar rates of return? And similar security? Well the "easier" was mine - so pretty much anywhere that you don't need to read through a propectus and Q&A. I'll bite on the rest - "similar rates of return" - of the ones I've invested in: FS & SS. "Similar security" - again FS ans SS are secured (though I accept that's yet to be tested!). FS & SS don't (yet?) have secondary markets so I accept it's easier (assuming you can find a buyer) to get out of TC.

Received a mail saying that they would no longer notify the exact start time of an auction - something to do with overloading the server, etc, etc. If their platform is that flaky then I suggest something needs to be done about it. The mail was suggestive that they were doing me a favour by allowing me to take part. Possibly I've got the wrong end of the stick but that's not good PR in my book. Yup, that email's what tipped me over the edge.

Decided to throw in the towel and press the very nicely coloured "Withdrawal Request" button and take my available cash out of TC. Fed up of watching those little dots go round and round. Will keep an eye on TC but there are easier places to invest...
