Fortunately I took a screenshot of my dashboard "Your total investment" balance on 12th September and it's more than tonight's total so I've been able to email those to AC as evidence that there's been a reduction, and they'll see that I haven't made any withdrawal at all so they can't deny something's gone wrong this time. "Reports" then "Balance Statements" and selecting each date should tell you any reductions. Mine shows £141 less today than yesterday. Thank you for that. The reason I take screenshots is because the last time this sort of thing happened (that I noticed) AC asked me if I had dashboard screenshots showing the (at that time) £25 reduction, which I didn't so I try to remember to take them regularly now, but to be safe I will just have to get into the habit of doing so daily from now on.

My balance has lost £95.28 so I've emailed them. This happened to me months ago and it was never rectified. My balance went down overnight by about £25 and when I emailed AC they said they couldn't find anything wrong and I never got it back.

I emailed asking to sell out on 19th July. My account was closed last Friday (25th August) and I had received an email telling me that that would happen on that date. I received the full funds plus interest into my bank account today. I've had no email from Ratesetter telling me they'd done that though, so you do need to keep an eye on your bank account.

If you ever vote on a loan, bear this PF clause in mind:
"In a situation where Lenders vote to accept a proposal from a borrower for debt forgiveness when there is a clear alternative that offers the prospect of full recovery of Lenders' funds, the Provision Fund will not normally cover losses for those individual Lenders who voted to accept that loss. Lenders that did not vote or that individually voted against taking a loss should expect to be covered by the Provision Fund irrespective of a majority decision to take a loss."

I don't get that problem when I use a PC or a laptop but it happens every time on my mobile phone, usually two rejections before it accepts it, and I'm not inputting the characters incorrectly
