I can't see any of my notes which I rely on every day, without clicking on the notes icon on the far right, which I don't have time to do for every single loan! Am I missing something? Is there a way of making them all appear again? I agree with the earlier comment that the green "live chat" icon is intrusive, as it's in the middle of the screen and I have to keep scrolling to be able to get to things that are appearing underneath it. I can see my notes, on the left under the loan number After much tinkering around I've discovered that I can't see my notes if they start with a number but I can see them if they start with a letter. How bizarre! Tomorrow I shall start the tediously long process of amending them all to start with a letter rather than a number. I may need chocolate to get me through it.

How do I see my notes for each loan without having to click into each note? They've disappeared. Am I missing something?

I regularly topped up my account by £50-£100 every time my cash balance hit £50 and I intended to keep doing that, but now that the interest rates have been cut I've set my auto lend limits to zero and I'll be withdrawing as funds are repaid to me. It's a shame as I really liked UNB, but for me they made a bad move when they announced the lower interest rates. I'm sure UNB won't suffer though - there will be plenty of people happy to keep or start investing, but for me it's no longer worth the risk.

They are answering telephone calls though so they've not disappeared.

A strange thing happened with my "missing" £200-odds. It was the repaid loan #442 and eventually it appeared sitting in my QAA as "Awaiting investment", but when I clicked on "Queue position" I was told that I had no queued funds. With a puzzled brow, I withdrew the £200-odds from the QAA and then reinvested it thinking that might jog some cogs into action and sort it out, but instead I had a repeat of the above, ie showing as "Awaiting investment" but then "Queue position" said I had no queued funds. I withdrew it again, invested it into my MLIA and hey presto, the balances sorted themselves out and everything was as it should be. My "missing" £200-odds reappeared. I'll bear that in mind in future should the same sort of thing happen again, although it really shouldn't be necessary.

Has anybody else's total investment figure decreased since this morning? Mine's down by £206.46, "missing" from my MLIA. I think it's shomething to do with #442 being repaid today. It's gone from my MLIA but the repayment hasn't been credited to me anywhere.

Understatement of the week! Still, jam tomorrow... Understatement indeed. It's now 56 hours since I placed the buy orders and still nothing's been bought in 8 loans with hundreds of thousands of pounds-worth of availability, plus this morning my account's "missing" £286.98. Bingo - it's #495 that's causing my "missing" money. It's showing as a -£ holding for me too.

No issues, it's just running slowly. Understatement of the week! Still, jam tomorrow... Understatement indeed. chris I think the SM's stuck - I've had 13 buy orders sitting since late last night and all are showing as having availability - most in the tens of thousands of pounds, some hundreds of thousands and one over a million. It doesn't usually take me this long to buy when there's availability showing - is there a known problem today?

The last time that I downloaded a tax statement (and I can't access them over the past few weeks as I too am getting timed out) it came in a hugely long Excel document. I don't do Excel and so I don't know how to get a simple total of all interest received for the financial year. All I want is a total figure, not a breakdown of every penny, like other P2P sites provide. Where do I find that on AC or is the long Excel document all that AC produces? If so, how do I get a grand total?

Dead again no buys on loans with large availability for 24hrs, boot of Chris plse. This is getting a bit annoying, roll on the new hardware. Seems to happen most weekends, does the hamster do 5 day week, rspca rules. However noticed unusual activity yesterday, interest and capital repayments which indicate possible human activity at A.C. Towers on a Saturday. On a different note getting nervous with the increasing number of suspended loans i am in , need a successful recovery or two to regain confidence, that 0% scottis h one would be just the ticket. Ditto on all points.

I thought there was something wrong as I had no buy or sell movement on any of my accounts all day yesterday. Moving well now though.
