Just got the update. We should get some £ within 21 days AND be able to withdraw it. A forecast of each investor's likely recovery will be sent out within four weeks (from now).

Overnight, the rates on my 12 orders in rolling have each been reduced by 0.1%.

The RateSetter fidget spinner has arrived - at the top of an email reminding us about the new Access, Plus and Max products. I'm trying to find a way of manipulating it like there used to be on FC with their pie chart that could be made to balloon until the pie filled a square.

Yes, the tweaking is now less tedious - and perhaps they will discover multi-check soon

Sometimes it's a good idea to make changes when there are plenty of support staff within reach.

Does your financial adviser have any other thoughts or predictions on the situation? No, he agreed with me that as my loans are directly with the borrowers, there's a chance of reasonable recovery. He did remind me (I knew this) that 12% pa is achievable with a 5+ year traditional investment. I explained that I wanted to try something different/new/fresh! The rest as they say, is history. Please tell us how.

Perhaps it's just a way to push their ISA at us. The extra click is irritating. They could have just put these choices in the LH menu list.

Spike underway in Rolling, stuttering around 3.7%. I guess it would normally peter out today, Sunday, but given the BH, it might build again tomorrow.

A desperate attempt to get you to log in? I logged in just a day or two ago... to withdraw my interest. I won't be logging in to withdraw - my interest was only 4p (on over £50k 'invested'). Anyone had less than that?

Have searched for this as I know it was answered once: why is the spike (if any) in rates (on Rolling, at least) around third week rather than at the end of a month?

So the latest update is that the latest update is ... er ... late ... again.

You can sue and you can defend yourself if sued but you can't ask a court to order an individual not to sue. In relation to an individual's behaviour, there are various routes open such as asbo's but vexatious litigation is not grounds for any of them.

3. H** clients will have an application submitted to prevent the borrowers raising any new fresh future claim against them, therefore the application from the court will be to remove them as named parties from any joint liability of any claim against lenders as a whole so will bring closure to these particular lenders. In addition a default judgement will be made against the borrowers for the legal costs incurred.
Thanks, Timm - do you know when this application will be made?

Just got an email from HCR, (I never employed them but obviously I'm still on their list), asking if I'd like to instruct them to "discontinue the claim" against the lender. It's a bit of a cheek considering I never had a claim made against me. I wonder how many people will fall for this blatent ambulance chasing. If the H** email is not confidential, can you post it here?

sl75: when you say 'simple settlement option', what is the specific such option that is on the table at present? I assume you are not referring to the repayment of all capital and interest and/or legal costs so far incurred as she would not regard that as 'simple'.
