This site received a massive hike in it's valuation yesterday (02/11) at 15:22.
Value was increased from £14,400,000 to £17,625,000 with a corresponding reduction in LTV from 15% to 13%.
And indeed, there is a very recent VR on the Lendy site.

twoheads have you received any further response from Lendy on this issue? It's been 3 months since I raised a support ticket and to date I have only received one holding email telling me that their technical team were looking at it. Meanwhile the same issues persist. I suppose we should be thankful that the reporting issues do not appear to be affecting the actual accuracy of interest payments being made......... No change I'm afraid. The live data on the site still has these issues: * Still missing interest on all loan parts with less than 24 hours duration. * Still double deducted 'for sale' time on many sold parts. * Still nothing of PBL133 in 'my loans' data although I held enough to earn £27.73 in interest. My PBL133 transactions still appear in my transaction history but all the details are gone. The total discrepancy: My actual interest received is around £190 more than that shown in 'my loans'. I've sold out so have stopped hassling Lendy; They didn't listen when I was invested and now, to save banging my heads even more against the brick wall, I've stopped trying.

And, living up to their renowned reputation for thoroughness and transparency, ALL LOANS is anything but, due to the absence of those pesky defaults. Anyone surprised? ........Thought not! Not sure you're right there... I just spent some time scrolling down the list (which constantly adds more entries as you scroll - an extremely annoying feature which is becoming all to prevalent on many modern sites) and I definitely reached some defaulted loans and also some suspended loans. Of course, it's also possible that the functionality is still being changed (as is usual with lendy - the users are the testers and we are constantly working with a beta alpha test version of the site). EDIT - Crossed with garfield (again!)

According to the latest update, all these loans are scheduled to repay before the end of the month, and Lendy was promoting a new PBL to reinvest your funds into, I forget what it was called as it has now disappeared from the pipeline? Wondering if the repayment is still on track? The PBL you mean appeared in the pipeline 28/09 and was called: PBL - G****** F***, S***** L***, T**** L***** C****, Wim*****, Dorset
It disappeared from the pipeline 24/10. Possible reason: problems with planning permission.

Lendy just launched a new feature, requested by some mythical creature. Now all watch the bell, for a signal to sell, in hope of avoiding an SM seizure. Don't get me started!

I just tried out the new 'bell' button. No man is an island, ... ... For whom the bell tolls, It tolls for thee. Sorry, I couldn't resist! Blimey, I think I'll stick to limericks!

I just tried out the new 'bell' button. I'm in four loans (token amounts only) so I was surprised at the enormous list of updates when I selected 'my loans'. It turns out that 'my loans' includes all loans I have ever been in... even those I've been out of for over a year. I had rather expected the list to include my current loans only! Not that I'm particularly worried about it... it just seems a little strange. EDIT: Crossed with copacetic and garfield who've noticed the exact same strangeness!

Because of the thinness of the market for this type of property, ISTM that if you ask five valuers for a VR you'll get at least five, very different, answers. But you can bet that Lendy would go with the highest.

It seems that the PBL caravan site in Dorset was removed today having been sitting there for nearly a month.
Presumably because the PP was turned down.
I couldn't find a dedicated thread for this PBL.
