There appears to be an issue as after completing the second page it keeps processing. What I did was refreshed the page and logged in successfully. Thanks James, could not refresh the page but closed it and went back to site where I was able to login. Cash sent and clock running to see how quickly it gets credited And the answer is about 3.5 minutes including emails to say it was credited and emails for investments. Impressed so far. FYI collateral and Collateral Rep. Did note a lot of emails had an ongoing typo with the character  appearing randomly in them.

Tried to register, but all I got was 30 mins of 'processing'. Either a lot of people trying to register, or the server is very clunky. Well, I thought they would go the whole hog and drop by two points; they often do. Signed RG (Rategoozler) (still optimistic for 6.2% by Friday). So as an overly simplistic calculation, assuming the 'expert' investor always waits 5 days for 6.2% for re-investment and the 'lend it now' investor takes Ratesetter current suggested rate at 4.5% for their re-investments. At the end of a loan that goes the full 5 year term based on a £10k initial investment, the 'expert' will be looking at holding an investment portfolio of £13,545, the other 'rate to lend right now' would see £12,517. Projected forward to 10 years and the difference is 3K. Patience is a virtue!

Today's 5yr MR is 4.7% (following the weekend's business). All the "borrower" 4.6% offers have been matched, and there is about £7K of (manual) lender still money available right now. I await the new borrower offers at 4.4%. So close, actually came in at 4.5%

I think these are positive moves by SS overall (this new 7 day rule plus the auto-selling of parts when a negative balance continues beyond 48 hours). They should help more lenders get more of what they ask for when a new loan launches. So 8 out of 10 for tackling the gaming issues, but 0 out of 10 for warning people in advance! Was thinking the same, only last piece for them to implement is that when a negative balance goes beyond 48 hours, savingstream should select the loans to sell from the users account to clear the balance. I have a simple algorithm to help then do this.

I bought a few k of loan parts yesterday bringing my available funds in negative. I was planning to transfer the funds into SS today. I've just looked at my account and SS seems to have re-sold all my loans from yesterday to bring me back to positive balance! I thought you had 48 hours to deposit the funds into your account before this happened. Has anyone else had this happen to them? Do you mean ' I was planning on having a days free interest'? INPL was brought in to assist with cash flow for pre-funding, so we did not have to over commit and withdraw after allocations were made. There have been many discussions as to potential abuse of INPL, and it being used as the norm rather than the exception. Do not know your circumstances and am certainly not 'having a go' but a cynic might suggest that if you had the technology available to make the purchases, you might have also been able to make the payments at the same time. I for one actually hope savingstream start taking a harder line on this, would like to see SM purchase payment times reduced from 24/48 hour down to 4 hours, and just keep the PF payment to 24 hours.

" Buyers for the further units will pay a 50% deposit on reservation which will be used to build the remaining project to completion." So - this development is being crowdfunded by the property purchasers. How cool is that? Normal cool, try a google search on 'Off Plan'

Last two loans of a similar magnitude went with 45.9% and 40.3% PF allocation. As some have suggested there are a few more investors, although quite a few good loans going live on other platforms at the moment as well. Also some have been caught out on PF's on the last few loans on SS so may scale back a bit. I am anticipating 42.5% allocation on this one.

Easy to spot when someone has a fake profile, just look for similarities between the two accounts. Images set to 13kb

Playing with IT too much will send you blind
Not following your point, this is why the HSE put the The Health and Safety (Display Screen Equipment) Regulations 1992 in place to ensure people using monitors etc can receive guidance to offer protection from this risk.

Are there any Health and Safety officers on the forum?
