Am I reading this correctly that this company has picked up the best bits of B*********, B*** M****** and T**** S***** and on top of these loans they are taking out another £2.5m not to pay off those loans but to help restructure the company some more ? As I already have money in all the above loans I think I am out on this loan.

Personally hoping this loan does fill as I agree with Ablrate that this does seem to be the best chance to get our money back on 67 and 68 just not sure how much I want to go over my loan limit to help support it ?

I thought I read somewhere that for UK investors Mintos would waive the EUR to GBP exchange fee but have just done this and seems to still be charged the .05% ??

HNW Lending

Ok, have signed up and was pleasantly surprised by the number of loans available but have a few questions which maybe someone knows the answer to
it seem a fair few new loans this month, is this normal?
for AutoInvest is there a way to find out the provision fund that has been built up? what extra protection are you getting for taking a fixed 7%?
Is there anyway to tell the status of open loans ?
I am struggling to see the negatives apart from the high entry cost of 10,000 per loan? What am I missing ?

Guess everyone is in this club now. Well I shouldn't be, I'm still owed Interest On Account on three loans. I'm hoping this is being held in an account ready to be paid to investors, even if it is merely circa. £10. It's the principle, if I'm going to lose capital the least I should get is some owed interest to me... Same

Anyone have any recent updates on HNW, how many new loans per month and is there a way to only select 1st charge loans via autoinvest?

Probably my mistake but how come there is no HNW Lending thread? Does anyone have any experience of it in particular the auto lend function?

Hi huxs, Many thanks for your feedback. The purpose of AutoInvest is to allow lenders hands-free, easy diversification of funds across the quality projects that meet our rigorous due diligence standards. The AutoInvest facility has been purposely built so that the maximum pledge size is calculated based on the remaining funds available, because in the design of the first version of the product, we felt that this would achieve the desired diversification best (it is not a bug and all our releases are thoroughly tested before launch). With pledge limits and the new AutoInvest product, a total 249 lenders participated in the relatively small project launched this morning, which we think delivers on much of the recent feedback from this forum, highlighting that we really value that feedback. As you know, we crave feedback in all aspects of our business, quickly review it and make changes swiftly if we assess that to be in the best interests of all lenders. With any new product, this is especially important and valuable, so thank you. We are now reviewing this internally and will revert next week and as always, if changes will improve the CrowdProperty experience for all lenders, we'll make those changes swiftly (and thoroughly test the changes before implementing onto the live system). We'll get back to you next week and please do keep the feedback coming. Kind regards, The CrowdProperty Team Thanks for your reply, overall I am very happy you introduced AutoInvest but always want more . My personal view is that it would be nice to allow the user to set the maximum amount up to 100% of your available funds (or better still have both a maximum £amount and % which is user controlled). This would allow people to dip feed money in overtime, rather than invest and forget (which only works if you have the lumps sum upfront).
Thanks

Hi, I have increased my total Autoinvest allocation by depositing more funds but the Maximum pledge size can only be increased based on the unallocated money not the total? I this a bug ?

Yes. It does sound dodgy that the borrower has deposited the money with their solicitor on Friday, who informs MT but does not transfer it as indicated on Monday. Why? Maybe too busy playing golf (it was lovely weather on Friday) :-)

Interestingly I only got £73.61 out of an expected £100 on auto invest today. Not complaining as I was also able to manually bid as well today but interested to hear what other people got have Auto Invest already become to popular ? Is the atuo invest amount spread evenly over all investors or as a percentage ?

looks like starting off would be the worse part. However there always seem to be a need to have more money in your wallet than necessary. If your current pot was included it would not be so bad but I don't think that is possible because the two systems are kept separate.
Given that I can't make the 10am launch tomorrow anyway, will give it a go and see what happens. It will be interesting to see how much of the project goes to autoinvest-ers rather than self select-ers.
