There been a important variable missed out. The current pot amount should be added to the equation. Probably be easier to explain if I was to give an example:-
To get £1000 invested into a loan
Current example you now have to set the limiter to 20% (max) Then deposit £5000. loan 20% i.e £1000. Then withdraw £4000 out again. You always need way too much money in the wallet with this method.
Suggested example current loan value pot + wallet then set your limiter to 20% - £4000 worth of loan pot + £ 1000 in your wallet - limiter set at 20%. No need to put in extra money or to take out money.
Yes, if I am seeing this correctly you will always need to have 5 times more than you want in anyone loan in your pot?
Or Is this only a problem when starting?

Dear all, I have read all your posts. It is really interesting to see what people like and do not like. What I can see that you all like is the simplicity of the way we do things. We aim to continue that. We will be launching a new site shortly. It will be allow investors to continue to select which individual loans to enter. The site will also list new loans such as regulated mortgages, regulated second charges and consumer credit loans. We will be adding new investment accounts that allow you to chose a flat rate of return and your money will be diversified across all new loans in the loan book up to certain LTV's of your choice. Your capital invested until you wish to withdraw or there will be a set time period. So please keep telling me what you want and do not want, its really helpful. Warm regards Louis Alexander I can't find any info on the investment account on the website how does this work does it still buy loan parts in £5K chunks so diversification is only achieved once you put in 100K ish or will an initial 5K investment be spread across loans? Also what is the loan flow like ?

Same again, this time was even online at 10 but website slowed to a crawl and by the time it started working it had gone. Will not bother looking at any other projects until changes are made its not worth performing DD if you have next to zero chance of investing.

Can anyone remember the last time there was a new loan made ? As I have mentioned before I really like JustUs especially the Guarantee loans but the lack of availability is shocking. How are they making money (or more likely justifying the operating costs) ?

So this mornings 325K loan gets swallowed up within 2mins (or maybe less) by 38 lenders, leaving I am guessing a lot of lenders missing out. Can you start putting bid limits on loans otherwise my diversification of loans ends up being skewed towards the less popular loans as the popular ones are swallowed up too quickly.

This is great data but one question on 18's data is this based on all 2018 loans or just the ones that should have completed by today if the former then that would explain the difference in the graph if the later then we have a problem brewing?

Has anyone tried this approach of turning on Auto Invest in the morning to ensure they are in the queue for a go live and then off afterward to ensure they do not pick up the Exchange loans? I have missed the last two loans due to being a couple of mins too late. So want to ensure I don't missed todays. Yes, I have done that and it works. Just make sure you switch off before the PLE run which I think is around 3pm. Thanks worked a treat, now lets not tell anyone else

Hi Richard. Will autolend be run on the PLE at a specific time each day? If so, this will allow enable/disable to avoid it. Thanks, hantsowl It will be run after 3pm each day for the PLE but there's no absolute fixed time. Auto-Lend for the primary market will run earlier in the day, immediately prior to our midday 'In Funding' time. The facility has not really been designed to be actively managed like this, but if you want to use it in this way it's entirely up to you. Has anyone tried this approach of turning on Auto Invest in the morning to ensure they are in the queue for a go live and then off afterward to ensure they do not pick up the Exchange loans? I have missed the last two loans due to being a couple of mins too late. So want to ensure I don't missed todays.
