nsiam, I recall last year after I was unable to get any response from customer service, you assured us on this forum that customer service staff were being hired and that the situation would therefore improve dramatically; p2pindependentforum.com/post/284194/threadI called your customer service number this morning but unfortunately, in a bad case of deja-vu, no-one answered the phone and over three hours later no return call has been received. I've just tried again, but still no answer. Can we assume that the investment in customer service never materialised? Kind regards.

I have never required calling CS but for a platform that performs well on most other counts I would expect them to keep up the next most important criteria for investors after profit. They are Communication and accessability to CS.
nsiam I hope you address this deficit ASAP

Maybe they expect everyone to email them. Lol. But agree. Things like this is making me wary to increase my investment in this platform. They need to get the basics right.

I'm not sure what they expect, but they're certainly not responding here or answering the phone. Too early to get concerned?

Ukmikk, we have in fact hired new customer service representatives and grown the customer service team. I will chase to check why you haven't been able to get through. Please send me a PM with your details. Best, Nadeem

If you could advise when your CS number is operational, and what times, then I will be able to call it at a convenient time for me. Kind regards.

Not sure how that's relevant. What details do you need? I left my name and number when I called, so you should have that already, however I'll send them again. In the meantime I'm sure you can advise when your CS number is operational and what hours it should be manned. Thanks.

Out of interest, why did you need to call them?

To discuss why my ISA investments appear to be not performing. Maybe there's an explanation, maybe I'm missing something, but I would like to find out what's going on. At the very least I would like to understand how the investment process works. Not unreasonable when I'm committing my hard earned cash to this venture.

Is your money not being lent out or do you consider the return not as advertised? Has your ISA money been lent out for long enough to see the expected return? In my experience the presented earnings are small for the first few months but then as the money goes through a few loan cycles the percentage creeps up towards the rates you set.

Yes, it's about not being lent out, although weirdly it was initially. I'm aware of the need to wait awhile to see true returns, but I won't see those if the investment is not lent out. Performance appears to be inconsistent with what I have seen previously, other lenders' experiences, between different investments of my own, and with the platform claims for high demand.

Agree, I have very similar experience with my Welendus account. I have repayment up to 5% not being lent out since 26th Jan. Not too sure what's happening with the Supply and Demand. It was lent out pretty quickly after the introduction of bonus, but now repayment money stuck.
