I've received no interest payments since the 4th March, that's 3 weeks ago, I queried this with CP and they said it was because of them changing banks.

I've received no interest payments since the 4th March, that's 3 weeks ago, I queried this with CP and they said it was because of them changing banks. I received interest payments on 9th, 10th, 11th and 12th of March. None since. A friend received interest today and yesterday, but both were for loans that repaid, so may be a different mechanism.

Hi Simon,
Many thanks for getting in touch.
Internal transfers and payments have been temporarily on hold whilst we completed the transfer to the new banking provider.
These will resume later this week and into next week.

How to damage confidence in one easy lesson. A freeze on withdrawals was the first sign of serious trouble on a couple of other platforms.

Agreed that communication has been poor. For the record, I was able to withdraw funds from my standard account late on Wednesday evening, the money appearing in my bank account almost instantly. There have also been two loans repaying this week and capital and interest available from both. For me, both in my standard account. There is paralysis on the ISA account though. It's possible to pay money in and make pledges but then everything seems to stop. All my ISA pledges are stuck in "funds not received" and have been for 2 weeks now. I'm not concerned yet but the lack of explanation is poor.

Got an confirmation, go to bank details page to check pending withdrawals.
I have been told all pending withdrawals yesterday will be processed today and the IT team is working on the “glitch”

Not sure why it has not been resolved by now and no further updates. My memory doesn't extend as far back as 3 weeks Attempted withdrawal shouldn't have given an error message, regardless.

The email from CP on the 19th March stated that the migration was complete and "account functionality is working as normal".

The only proof required right now is money in the bank by the end of today. 😅

I suppose CP not very active on Twitter. No reply yet. The customer service on the phone is very good I say.

I have also noticed numerous missing, expected interest payments from the 12th March onwards. Additionally, 427 Sm****d*** Road, should have completed by now but noticed outstanding interest and no info (that I can find) in my Inbox. Ohh for a search facility !

The email from CP on the 19th March stated that the migration was complete and "account functionality is working as normal". I got the same email. No interest paid since 12th March, nor pledges taken. Obviously it was not true that all was hunky-dory. The best you can say is that they sent that email out without checking that everything was working OK. The worst interpretation is that they knew very well it wasn't golden, but they sent the email anyway.
And if they are prepared mislead about one thing, they can do so about other things.
This incident, compounded by their not communicating the issue openly to lenders, has given CP's reputation a knock as far as I'm concerned.
