See FK have another JCF loan available! Can you give any details (loan size, interest rate etc) as I'm not a member and would be interest to know more.

Just made the mistake of looking at my statement for recent SM sales. Now my head hurts!
Balance mathematically wrong after each capital sale as adjusted for inflated interest payment on previous line Where are the inflated accrued interest sums coming from? Accrued interest in the text looks right until the last one, wish Id earnt 97p on a £20 loan part! After some staring I think Ive worked it all and can make it add up, but wouldnt put money on it. I assume this is on the list to be fixed? Really need to get all these issues affecting financial info display fixed aap. Attachments:

Update on 14 September: the issues I mentioned here were fixed a week or two ago, except perhaps the calculated interest rate in the comment when a buyer buys pieces from more than one seller in the same transaction. Just made the mistake of looking at my statement for recent SM sales. Now my head hurts!

You can always believe: 1. the balance in your account shown at the top of the screen, but not the one shown by the transactions. 2. the value column in "Secondary trade" entries (but not in "Accrued interest" entries), amount sold column, amount sold for in the description and the percentage sale price in the description (but not the AER). Every other number for secondary trades is wrong in some situation or another, with the accrued interest being particularly prone to being wrong. The errors are particularly bad for cases where your piece is only part of what is being bought, when you might see an overall average number or that of whatever piece happens to be first or last. This is how the accrued interest can be so badly wrong, it can be the total accrued interest for the whole purchase, not just your part of the deal. What I do in my spreadsheet is work backwards from the final balance and put corrected balances into the balance column. That then gets me to correct accrued interest calculations as well. I've never found an error in the overall account balance at the top of the screen or the amounts of loans that I still hold after the transaction.

Checked a few threads for similiar posts just not that one. First SM trade since they tweaked statement display so hadnt realised just how arbitrary it was till actually saw it on paper. Had come to same conclusions myself but good to get it confirmed.

Yes - it has gone temporarily nuts and it is being worked on at the moment. Your Available Funds is always right but the numbers in the columns aren't because the wrong fields are being pulled in. The Dev team have now solved the bid error that we had and as soon as this is solved a new version will be deployed.

Notification emails seem to have gone nuts as well, just had a couple advising me of bids/offers being fulfilled, none of which exist. Seem to have got stuck somewhere as referring to none existing transactions 2 days ago. Also got an email about the Crates loan this morning offering to roll my non existant holding into the new loan. Oh well

Maybe you got the ones I didn't get? I haven't found the emails to be very reliable so I check the site instead most of the time.

"Zero" notifications should also be sorted on the upcoming release. They tend to be when you have owned and then sold your holdings or if a bid was previously filled.

Checking in today (because of the new ATR tranche) I notice that although the Bottling Plant loan repaid yesterday 26th (transaction history shows repaid, and available cash has gone up), yet I still see the loan listed on the Current Investments screen with the full amount showing in the Your Investment column.
Is this a known problem? Or is there a further stage which just hasn't been done yet?

Developers just being dragged outside and shot. Should be resolved shortly. No sign of any reference to Instant returns on the JLG loan(except in docs) either which was also going to get updated. In fact no details about the loan at all in the box on the New Loans page, usually theres a small spiel giving key points - not exactly pushing itself forward. Shouldnt this be mentioned on the Coming Soon on the homepage for both loans, surely this is a strong point to attract new investors?

Thanks Andy for the £0.00 free top-up. I guessed I might have needed that when I couldn't invest all my available funds because there was not enough funds available. But now I can, and have!
