Daft question but given the ATR42 loans are seperate tranches of the same loan shouldnt they all have the same maturity date?
Also there's a minor error in the tranche1 details text as it refers to 'second tranche' in first & last paragraphs

There's no need really to match them up.... By maturity Phoenix will either have re-leased or sold the aircraft so would either re-fi vs the new lease or just stagger payments to repay investors.
Thanks on the second point. Will investigate.

ablrateandy I'm trying to do an account reconciliation and am confused by the transaction "Type" given to my recent bids on the new ATR Tranche 3 loan and the JLG loan. Previously, a bid placed on a loan that had yet to drawn down (specifically, the ATR loan which has just been cancelled) appeared in the "My Financial Account" transaction list as Type = "Bid Placed". However these recent bids are shown as Type = "Investment", yet the sums appear neither in the "Funds Currently Lent" figure nor the "Active Bids" figure on my Dashboard. Should these recent bids not be itemised as "Bid Placed" and why do they not appear in "Active Bids"? Thanks.

ablrateandy I'm trying to do an account reconciliation and am confused by the transaction "Type" given to my recent bids on the new ATR Tranche 3 loan and the JLG loan. Previously, a bid placed on a loan that had yet to drawn down (specifically, the ATR loan which has just been cancelled) appeared in the "My Financial Account" transaction list as Type = "Bid Placed". Should these recent bids not be itemised as "Bid Placed" and why do they not appear in "Active Bids"? Thanks. Okey dokey. So the cancelled loan was put up under the old system which had a different database system. The new system classifies things differently and indeed may change the range of "Types" at some point in future because I am still not 100% happy (though it "works"). An investment in a new loan is classified as type "Investment" now but because the loan has not yet drawn down they are not showing up as "Currently Invested" (because technically it isn't invested until the loan is drawn down). Should it be "Bid Placed"? Possibly... but that risks confusing it with an amendable secondary bid in the background. There has been a lot of to-ing and fro-ing with the dev team and I agree that things could/should be clearer. If you go into "Active Bids and Offers" on the dashboard it shows up there but NOT on the overview. We agree that this is not very helpful and I think it is on the developers list for this week to sort out, either to have a separate "Bids on New Loans" on the dashboard or as part of the "Active Bids".

Ok, makes sense for these now to be called an Investment, especially given that Instant Returns are being accrued from day 1, but the sums involved need to be included on the Dashboard somewhere (which really needs a "Total Account Value" figure too).
Incidentally, I still can't make any sense of the total interest figure on the Dashboard, whether or not I try to nclude Instant Returns and/or SM interest elements. I assume this is still WIP with the developers?

There was a glitch that is now corrected so your dashboard interest total Is likely right but your FS entries until last week may be wrong. If you DM me your account I will manually check it tonight. I have to decide how to deal with it in bulk

Please, not "bid placed". It's already fiddly enough to do string matching on both that column and string searches in the description to get a spreadsheet to work on the correct numbers. A completely different text string in one column for each activity type would be a good deal less fiddly to work with.
So far as bid vs investment go, secondary bids can be cancelled and it'd be nice to have a total for those bids broken out as well as one for investments that are pending. Then I should be able to pull most of the numbers from the top of the screen to ill my current status spreadsheet for all investments and other money. Total amount paid in and total amount withdrawn would then be the main ones I calculate. What I'd really like is a set of top or somewhere values that all add up or subtract to get from every penny paid in or withdrawn, all cash uninvested, all pending and all active investments, interest and purchase/sale to add up to a perfectly balanced spreadsheet row with profit/loss value.
Though if someday you're feeling generous you could do an in/out/cash/invested/pending/bid/offer page with a detailed XIRR statement for those who don't want or know how to do that themselves. I do this today with a spreadsheet page where I record all the in/outs and the current numbers for the other things. A quite healthy 22% at the moment.

There's a couple of other things getting done first but there may be a big re-structure at some point in terms of data titling. If that occurs, I will canvas opinions!

In my dashboard it says "Active Bids" 0 However when I open the "Active Bids and Offers" view I find ATR 42-500 to Government Owned Airline (Refinance) £200.00 (which is correct) I still have this same problem (Active Bids 0 on dashboard, when I have bids in place), which was first brought to attention by wiseclerk almost 3 months ago. Do you have any plans to fix this, ablrate ?

Yup. As above we will get it done in pretty short order. We had a couple of other things to resolve first of greater complexity and urgency. It's pretty much top of the list now.

When you are fixing the missing active bids total on the dashboard here is another one to address.
There is an error on the dashboard pie chart thingy. Mine still shows the Bottling Plant Equipment loan which I'm pretty certain has been repaid. (actually is shows "ottling plant equipment" as the tool tip field isn't large enough).
Also it would make sense for there to be a separate segment for active bids which currently seems to mixed up in "other investments" segment with any loans which for whatever reason don't get a segment on their own.

I have not trawled through to see if this has already been mentioned - ignore it if it has.
Once a loan has been completely sold on the SM is there any reason why it should remain in Current Investments with zero amount?
