Surely these loans all set for 16.00 hrs on 22nd January should be staggered in time or are MT aiming to test their servers.
The other day, just one loan slowed the response time significantly. Even a 5 minute staggering would help.

I was rather hoping/expecting the two new ones would be deferred to Monday.

With an LTV of 80%, I think that my interest in 2 of them might be rather limited anyway.

Any bets how quickly they all fill? Will they last a minute, ten or maybe even for 24h period?
The 2 renewals will go in seconds and I guess the MPs will last 5 minutes

The MPs will last 15 minutes or so, possibly a bit longer. There were two other AE portfolios just last week so I guess many lenders won't be seeking a full 1%

Afternoon,
The last two £150,000 AE Portfolios took just over 24hrs each (7th January), and therefore assumed that they would take a similar time to fill this time around. It was for this reason we decided to launch them at the same time as the two loan renewals.
Hope this suits the majority of lenders.
Kind regards,
Ed

I hope your prediction is at least partially correct. My selfish employer has decided that they own my time and has dragged me off to a meeting at 4pm tomorrow...

Ah yes, - employers and work, and 'emergency' pager calls in interminable meetings - which were invariably met by knowing looks and comments from other bored attendees who weren't fooled for a second by the ruse. Yesss . . . I remember all that stuff - now just a fading memory as at 4.00pm on MT loan launch days I make full shameless use of the advantage I have over the poor sods who are still slaving away to pay my hard won pension. Keep up the good work!

I understand that if you own an iPhone 6s then you are permitted to use it during the entire meeting, even when talking... I'll be sneaking my iPad in and hope I can look like I'm researching something relevant...

We could avoid all these maneuvers with pre-funding as in SS ....
