Hello all. Has anyone had a case previously where an amount that was scheduled to the repaid, say today, still has not been repaid and is still sitting in the list of Loans and showing 'today' as the date of Maturity? Such case is what I found this morning in my account and I am not sure I should treat this as a defaulted payment or not (I've not received any communication). The other problem being that that amount has now missed its place in the re-investment queue.

I also have nothing repaid this morning in monthly, 3 year and 5 year markets. Looks like a system wide issue here. Also looking at the market queues it does not look like the normal level of daily borrower orders have gone on the system yet on the monthly so perhaps RS have a processing delay.

Lengthy repayment runs quite often stretch well into the morning on the first day of the month. It'll probably start catching up on-screen very soon; watch your repayments drip in bit by bit over the next couple of hours, then when all is done, they'll be invested as per instructions.

It is the first of a month and it follows a weekend so it takes the ratesetter repayment clerk longer than usual to tap all of the buttons on his calculator. I am sure they have not run off with all the cash yet.

My repayments for today have not come in yet the markets normally update about 2 am though they can vary slightly, So far all the markets appear to still be frozen no repayments have come back in yet, they could have changed the schedule but its most likely some sort of system crash or something like that

Well, something should have started happening by now. Maybe Kevin forgot to give the site hamster his/her wake-up bowl of RateCereal.

mine has just been repaid, over £7,000,000 to lend £7 million offered for loan on the "monthly" market at 2.90% by 2538 lenders looks a tad unusual - all part of the wacky world of Ratesetter I assume where few things are quite as they appear.

No repayments here yet. Not unusual. They were very late a couple of months ago.

Yes, RS is on the move now. Repayments of £6.6M+ have gone into Market Rate 2.9% and RS have already found the "offers" 0.2% below Market Rate. Similarly in the other "markets" - the so called "borrower offers" are being set up in preparation for undercutting the new Market Rate lender offers. Standard RS procedure for the start of the month. teddy They start with the Monthly, then work up, 5yr being last.

The repayment has now come through, at about 11:30am. Never happened before until today. Not sure what the 1st of the month and/or the first day after a weekend has to do with the price of milk in a digital age, but anyway, I'll overlook this system mistake this time around.

If I have a loan matched late at 5 minutes *to* midnight, does it become payable on the anniversary immediately *after* midnight - ie does RS give me 23 hours and 55 minutes 'free' interest? Or the other way around, of course? Dermot

It has happened before occasionally when the first of the month follows a weekend. It probably isn't a mistake, (unless it started late) though I also wonder why the run is so slow once it has begun. 5 year hasn't started yet for me, though plenty of cash has been put in this morning, probably repayments from shorter term markets being transferred to the five year at various rates.
