Yes, it looks like RS have a big problem today. Only the monthly market has done any meaningful loan matching today; the others have only done very few minor matches at "lend right now" rate (there's nearly always an RS "borrower offer" ready to undercut existing lender offers). RS is making quite sure existing lender money today is NOT being matched.

I've got £4.5k maturing this month, and it's going to be found another home, even if it's at 1%. It's days like this that make me uncomfortable with how much I've got in Ratesetter.

I have noticed this happening on other Mondays at the beginning of the month. However, I have never been aware of this problem going on so long.

My repayments are showing as having been paid (in My Portfolio) but my Holding Account has not been credited (I don't do automatic reinvestment). Let's hope that the ether will release them soon!

Large wedges gone on the 5yr at 6%+ on both sides, so someone's getting it back to reinvest. But it's not me.

Not a penny of my £400+ returns arrived yet. I'll be back of the queue as usual.

If I had to guess, they had massive volume and delays at the start of last month didn't they because of the New Year holidays rolling all the volume together onto one day, well today is one month later so all that volume needs to get processed again...
... so their IT systems and overnight batches are probably working overtime.
Time to scale up those systems RateSetter!

It is quite remarkable that borrowers offers always seem to come a little below the lowest lenders offers, but we are told it is the result of the market not RS who are the ones that set the rates.

To be fair, repayments in Zopa arrive in my holding account 2 or 3 days after the repayment date given in 'my loan book' due to the 'processing of direct debits' (their words). So I'll start to moan at RS after Wednesday this week.

I could really do with the £00-34 due today from the 3 year market; I've already missed the opportunity to lend it out at 2.9% ...
