Does anyone know if these are likely to be renewed or will they mature on the appointed day? Nothing visible on forthcoming loans where renewals would normally pop up?

There other loans due to end next weekend as well - including two managed portfolios. Like you I had thought that we would have heard something about them now/been given the chance to renew the MPs etc.

Apologies for the delay.
The art loans and also the two £45,000 MPs will be renewing at the end of the week. We will send out a notification and upload the renewals to pending tomorrow.

Thanks Afternoon phd, If you opt-in, the total amount you hold in each of the loans (capital), at the time we press the 'rollover' button (between 9 and 9.30am on the rollover day), will be rolled over. You then have the same opportunity as all investors to be able to bid for any balance left over (up to the bid limit amount). I hope I have explained it ok. Kind regards, Ed

im confused by the valuations on art, is mt239 the same piece of art that i could purchase directly from darren baker fine arts for £6100 sorry if this is a numpty question but i dont usually do art
