Hi Ed MoneyThing , it would be good to see this requested tweak implemented (ie. default sorting the "For Sale" page by Unsold, descending). Thx! Morning SteveT. We did make the change at the time to make the column's 'sticky'. Can you let me know what OS, browser, etc. you are using so we can take a look? Kind regards, Ed. The columns remain "sticky" during a single browser session (using Chrome on a Win10 PC) but then forget their setting when I log out, reverting to the current default sort by "Asset Details" from Z to A. That seems an odd choice for default sort (sorting the parts from A to Z would make more sense!) so the suggestion is to change the default sort on that page to sort instead by "Unsold", in descending value from high to low.

My columns remain sticky across sessions. Using Chrome but on Mint.

Exactly the same for me using Firefox on both Win10 PC and Win7 PC.

Acknowledged. You must be cleaning your cookies each time you close a session. Will look to amend the default ordering as you suggested. Kind regards, Ed.

MoneyThing : Would it be possible to have statement export as plain text .CSV file on top of (or instead) existing Excel file? The reason is I'm working on a piece of software to process statements that will be platform independent and to read this file in Linux/Mac is a pain. Edit: And also please don't use any non-ascii characters like you have in column headers "Amount(£)"

I can't use libxls as it not readily available in Python and Pandas I use. I'm limited to xlrd which is having issues with MT's file. It is 3rd party lib so I can't really fix it 2. xlrd supports xlsx so no issues here 3. I'm just a lazy programmer And don't want to deal with various encodings. If removing '£' is a problem then so be it. I already worked around it BTW text files are preferred/recommended if one wants to ensure it is compatible with all operating systems and software. I personally believe all platforms should provide CSV file first and then XLS should be a bonus.

Your Christmas jumper day published online.
Failing that, and to supplement your borrower servicing model, inclusion of financials to show interest cover (very useful for the ‘non-asset’ loan and updated with management accounts for longer term loans) and of course the up to date borrower’s payment history.
Thanks!

I'm far too old to use Python but UTF-8 is the default encoding on Linux so I handled the £ just like any other character: if (!strcmp(field,"Amount(£)") || !strcmp(field,"Loan part(£)")) cols[C_AMOUNT]=i; CSV suffers from a lack of standardisation. RFC 4180 is a good attempt, but you will find that many platforms don't conform to it. Personally, I'd prefer that the industry got together and defined a standard XML schema which all the platforms used, with their own extensions defined in their own name spaces. I'd also like a pony for Christmas and the moon on a stick.

Tax statements still need default/recovery information added.

I didn't find an information about the next interest payment date of a loan. It would be rather helpfull to add this.
