Hi Lendy Support , Paul64 I sold my remaining loan parts (5 figure sum) in this loan at the end of Sept2017 - Therefore, I believe that I am still entitled to about 2 months of standard 'accrued interest'. I recently received your email about the vote on this loan, but do not appear to be able to place my vote. It has been suggested on this forum that only investors with Capital currently invested are being given a vote - please could you confirm whether this is true? Obviously, I also have an interest in the outcome of any vote and any action taken by yourselves following that vote (and guess how I will be voting). Please could you confirm how I can place my vote, or explain why I (and many others I suspect) am being excluded. regards awk

There’s a few different CBs around, many which haven’t drawn down yet
I suspect that it was DFL019 T20 which got drawn down and CB paid

Barclays' system status page mirrors the information (and may provide updates for those mindful of a potential requirement.). I’d forgotten that this is THE weekend ! After years of planning, Saturday night is when they finally separate their Retail systems from those of the Investment bank to satisfy ringfencing requirements. It sounds simple, but this is HUGE - some of these core banking systems are 40+ years old and the people who implemented them are long gone. You stop the patient breathing, perform open heart surgery, replace a few parts, reconnect a few tubes, sew him up and hope he starts breathing again !

“...this [loan] will not be considered until some of the other sites we are currently funding have been completed and sold/refinanced”. For completion that presumably means Block A in the first instance. That would release 3.5M. Ly speak in the plural so there may be quite a bit more funds available to help fund this loan. It’s poorly worded, but I think that they will not consider the follow-on development funding (and not the initial PBL) until other loans repay

10 out of 10. If boffins in white coats with plastic eye protector glasses had gone into a laboratory and invented the perfect peer to peer property platform as regards the interest rates payable and the quality of the loans and the diversity of property types and the communication standard and the speed of deposits and withdrawals excetera excetera excetera ....... They would have invented Col. It is in a perfect place as regards the time graph of platforms and I get an average of close to 14% interest from them every month. COL is the only platform I am really using now. I would urge all non investors to start using the platform because otherwise they will miss the boat - you have to be up with the lark in this P2P game and get onto the platforms when they are fresh new and dynamic and before the loan book gets too old. GeorgeT , the men in white coats should be carrying you away and locking you up for such a ridiculous post

I’m not 100% sure on the current rules, but previously you were only allowed to open a single ISA (cash or SS) in each tax year. You can open one each of Cash, IFISA and S&S ISA each year, as long as the total doesn't exceed £20k. And you've been able to open Cash and S&S for some time... Apologies, you are right - The issue that I was thinking about was opening 2 S&S ISAs in the same tax, which isn’t allowed. Once you’ve invested £1 with a particular provider, then you can only top up that ISA until the next year.

Yes, must agree @magenta14 . Trouble is, there isn't even a brick in sight, just the sea of mud. awk and if sell (instantly) after 1 month its 48% 60% annualised, correct? Well more like 49.25% pa. Actually, it’s probably over 50% if you do it properly and include the upfront CB payment. I’ve got one of those weird HP calculators somewhere which does all that fancy stuff. Good luck with selling after 1 month !

I for one will not pander to this blatant bribery. Oh, come on now, 19%!!! Now I just have to find another 99k. Actually it’s 23% pa (assuming it’s a 6 month loan), with a big chunk tax free ! oh yes ... almost forgot ... and it pays back and doesn’t default

I’ve had this a few times recently on my iPad. I started taking my time and now it’s generally OK.
It may be that I was getting the wrong letters, but I’ve also noticed that when you input a letter, it displays that letter before changing to a round dot (maybe more so when on a slow connection?). I now make sure that each letter becomes a dot before I enter the next one and/or hit the login button.
This theory is probably complete rubbish, but it makes me slow down and I usually get in OK !

Hi @cooling_dude
Are you saying that something is being discused within DD Central, but isn’t being shared here ? I thought that the whole point was that we would receive a suitably edited version HERE !!!

I can’t see this filling all 4 loans (£1.1m total) given the current rate of take up. 12% clearly isn’t enough !
