Okay, so it is specialised on crossreferencing information on Companies House? That means it is useful for the UK market only?

I also own software capable of analysing parts of this market. That gives me a unique angle to evaluate P2P platforms. Hi,
welcome.
could you elaborate please what your software does? Does it analyse the loanbook?

General EUR P2x Discussion
EU P2P sites

I have 350k in Euro-p2p. Mintos, Peerberry, Viainvest, Estate Guru, Look&Fin, October, Iuvo, Esketit, Robocash, Moncera, Afranga, Lendermarket, Twino. This portfolio turns over 11-14% a year, and it has done for years now. Compared to the mainly disappointing UK sector, these companies have established themselves for long enough to earn my trust. I have the happy position that I was left high and dry by the collapse of my company in Belgium, due to Brexit. And Brexit is what closes off most board members here from Euro-p2p. It seems to me a shame that the celebrated financial engineers of the UK have failed to market a product that is stable and predictable with returns that at least match inflation, while mainland Europeans have produced a thriving and diverse market. Impressive amount. I used these too (aside from Peerberry, Looh&Fin and Afranga) and can confirm that my results in the past decade have been very good. Seems that you dodged the issue on Peerberry with Ukrainian and Russian loan? Nowadays I recommend to use platforms that have been around for a couple of years and have some track record.

Could you give us the URL´s of EU-based web forums in which some of those Euro P2P sites are discussed, à la P2Pindependentforum.com? Check There is more than 3000 investors discussing. It is in German, but some users from abroad use it with Chrome browser autotranslate.
Note that you can register and login for free to see all discussion boards. There are many more than those visible unregistered. Any questions, feel free to send my a DM. I run this forum since 2007.

I asked in 2017 about foreigners investing and got this reply "People from outside Spain can invest if they have de NIE (number of identification provided by the Spanish Goverrment). You can ask for it on the Spanish ambassy in your country."
Did not investigate any further.
P.S.: Just checked. NIE number is still required

The information in the recent webinar was: - UK loans will be on market as soon as FCA approval complete (UK country manager expects in 2-3 weeks, not month) - next Seedrs round coming soon - European Investment Fund (EIF) will finance loans on Estateguru - looking to expand to Italy and Spain - country manager for NL has been hired, will join June
From Finfellas conference presentation last week. Performance since launch:

Interesting list. I had been reducing my p2p exposure since the second half of 2019 through 2020 and 2021 and am only now selectively increasing some positions again.
Rank (by amount) | Plattform | Comment | 1. | Bondora | Reinvesting | 2. | LinkedFinance | Running down
| 3.
| Estateguru
| Increasing
| 3.
| Mintos
| Left in the end of 2019, reentered in March to make use of 10% cashback promotion
| 4.
| Plenti (was Ratesetter Australia)
| Running down (my loans are at 9% interest rates. Now the level for new loans is down to about 3%, which is not attractive)
| 5.
| Lendermarket
| Reentered in March
| 6.
| AxiaFunder (not P2P)
| so far so good, watching developments
| 7.
| Ablrate
| Running down, about half stuck in various loans not going according to plan
| 8.
| Investly
| Reinvesting (interest rates have picked up lately)
| 9.
| AssetzCapital
| sitting in 90QAA
| 10.
| Housers
| remains; exiting if possible, lots stuck in non-performing loans
| 11.
| LandEx (not p2p)
| new since Sep. 21, investing in farmland
| 12.
| Crowdestate
| parts stuck in one loan
| 13.
| Reinvest24
| staying in the 2 projects I am in, which are running satisfactorily
| 14.
| Moneything
| small amount stuck; platform in adminstration
| 15.
| FellowFinance
| few loans left. Will be bought out as FellowFinance merges with Evli Bank and stops p2p this April
| 16.
| Funding Circle Germany
| exited, just a little amount left in recovery
| 17.
| Auxmoney
| exited years ago, just a little amount left in recovery (one of my oldest platforms)
|
My p2p position is currently only a fraction of what it was during the height, which was 2012- first half of 2019 for me. Only the first 5 are sizeable amounts. Ranks 10, 12 and 14 through 17 is just a few Euro left, I cannot remove.
My startup investment position (e.g. through Seedrs) are much bigger nowadays than p2p. But that's also only a fraction of ETF/stocks. But I am looking at increasing p2p again in small steps. One platform I cuurently considering whether to enter is Heavyfinance.

Most reports say the russian soldiers (at least the lower ranks) had to give up their smartphones before the invasion
I am surprised that the telcom network seems to continue to work still. My laymen's assumption was that the invasion troops would aim to destroy telecommunication means in the first days (not because of the information war as you call it, but because coordination inside Ukraine for the defenders would have been much more difficult)

Given that Russia signed an agreement guaranteeing the territorial integrity of Ukraine, there is no amount of propaganda or desinformation that can falsify the facts
Ukraine is it's own country, who cares about any memorandums or who did or didn't sign them, they are not exactly threatening anyone with nuclear weapons. @greenwood2
I think you took this the wrong way? The point is that Russia first agreed to guarantee the independence of Ukraine and now invaded them.
