The S**** S***** loan is the best looking one from an investment pov on the auction house, also A******* S****** financials/recent news of takeover of another company look good to me on the secondary market.
Thoughts people ?

Hmm - I had no idea actually...
Is there a quick and easy way I can check the rest of my portfolio over for rejected whole loans, and sorry but what does that actually mean.
Ta,
James

9128:
13 Oct 2015 We have downgraded this loan as we have received formal notice that the borrower is proposing a company voluntary arrangement. We are in the process of contacting the guarantor to determine their position.
Lenbo clearly saw me coming on the secondary market with this one. Fortunately I'm in for less than £20. I'll treat it as a lesson regarding 9 month old grade C loans ;p
How quickly can I expect my penny in the pound to come back, is that "loan guarantee" actually worth anything (I'm guessing not !)

Cashback

Deadly serious question - £2.50 pays out £0.02 a month interest but £2.51 pays out thruppence. The cashback has given me £2.50... Will I lose out if I invest this particular sum of money ;p ? Or just get it all "working" as soon as possible ?

The office block loan size has dropped to £2m, making it a 69.6% LTV.

Hi jimbob, The accounts were corrected this morning. Hope you have a good weekend. LendingCrowd The secured principle of £960k against the assets and the overall liabilities still don't add up though ^^; Are you sure the outstanding principal on the mortgage is still £960,000, or do you mean ORIGINAL

Hi all, The LendingCrowd Credit Team publishes the financial data for each loan, taking the information from the financial information provided by the Borrower when they apply. Please be assured that prior to assigning a credit band for each loan placed on the platform the financials of the respective business are scrutinised rigorously and are processed through our credit models. The Financial/Management Information provided is accurate as of the date it was filed. We are dealing with dynamic entities and the next day the information will change as trading goes on. In the case of Sole Traders/Partnerships, elements of the financial information provided will be different from the evidence for limited companies. That said for the two recent postings we acknowledge that we incorrectly uploaded some of the financial information. For this we apologise to both the borrower and the lenders. As you will appreciate we have changed our internal procedures to ensure this does not happen again. Many thanks, LendingCrowd Thanks for this. I assume the corrected accounts will be published to help both borrower and lender on the Beaaconsfield loan ?

New Loan Coming

Loan 3013889123 for £50k is listed amongst the first charges but when I click on it it says 2nd tranche.
I've gone into the £80k, but is it parri passu with the £50k or is the £80k at a particularly delicious 10.5% LTV as a sole first charge ?

Afternoon, The debenture will likely be in place in 2 to 4 weeks which will take out all the individual loans. However, investors will still earn a full 1 month interest from this 2015 Range Rover loan even if it is redeemed early. Kind regards, Ed Could be an amazingly profitable loan AER wise if sorts in 2 weeks !

I was wondering about the value of a 2005 Range Rover ! 2015 at £80k makes far more sense.
Whats the list price of this car when it was new btw ?

The Beaconside financials ... the outstanding £934k of total liability and £960k of outstanding principle don't add up.
Also the balance sheet and profit and loss don't reconcile. A profit of 47.7k yet a change in equity of only 19.4k. If the shareholder(s?) have been paid 28.3k dividend then thats fine (They have to eat !) but we should know.
I'll ask for a statement of change in equity on the board.
